1.    General transportation is not on a disposal basis, and any extra running will incur additional charges. Airline details and air fare are subject to change.

2.    Guide/assistant/interpreter languages are subject to availability.

4.    RDA VENTURES LLP is not responsible for delays, improper services, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

5.    RDA VENTURES LLP is not liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control.

6.    No refund for partially utilized/unutilized services.

7.    RDA VENTURES LLP does not accept responsibility for losses and expenses due to circumstances beyond our control.

8.    The itinerary is indicative and subject to alterations based on final confirmations.

9.    All arrangements made by RDA VENTURES LLP are in the capacity of a tour and travel organization only.

10.  Payment terms: 70% advance payment at the time of booking, 30% payment 21 days prior to the check-in date.

11.  Land cancellation clause: Below a minimum guarantee of paying pax, any cancellation incurs 100% charges.

12.   10% of the contract value amount is to be paid as a security deposit for incidentals, which will be refunded after the check out and confirmation same form hotel side.

13.   Rates are Net and Non-commissionable, per night and valid for 72 hrs. Rates are specific to the given travel dates and length of stay. Should the dates change or length of stay reduce new rates shall be applicable

14. All bookings have to be guaranteed with a bank deposit within 72 hours of processing the reservation.
15. 100% payment is required in case of immediate bookings
16. The cancellation policy may vary as per booked rate plan. Free cancellation by 2PM-7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night charge plus any applicable taxes - fees. Cancellation penalty of one or more nights' charge may apply for late cancellations & no-shows. Retention charge for a late cancellation or no show is 1 night room charge for each room.
